Which rooms have a sea view?

The Honeymoon Suite, the Sea & Countryside View Suite, the Family Room and the Sea View Junior Suite face the Aegean and Lesbos. The Countryside View Junior Suite and the Standard Room look onto the garden.

Can we come with children?

Of course. The Sea & Countryside View Suite and the Countryside View Junior Suite have floor beds for children on the loft, and the Family Room sleeps three. We can add an extra bed for a fee. The Standard Room is not suitable for families.

Is it worth coming in winter?

If you ask us, winter is the best time. We are open all year; rooms have radiator heating and some have a fireplace. Assos is at its quietest in winter.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room is ready from 14:00, and you can stay until 12:00 on the day you leave.

Can I come just for a meal without staying?

Please do. Our café-bar and restaurant are open to everyone daily from 08:00 to 00:00; just leave a table request on the Restaurant page.

What time is breakfast?

The village breakfast spread is served every morning 08:00–12:00, on the terrace or in the garden.

How do I get to the hotel?

We are in Büyükhusun village, part of Ayvacık: 6 km from Assos and 9 km from Ayvacık town centre. Use “Open in Google Maps” on this page to start navigation directly.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have free parking, so you can drive in easily.

What is there to do nearby?

The Temple of Athena in Assos, Babakale, Troy, the Kaz Mountains, Bozcaada and more. See the Surroundings section on the home page for distances.
